30 Days English Fluency Challenge – Course Content (With Practical Focus)

Goal: Improve your spoken English fluency through daily mouth exercises, reading, listening, and speaking practice.

🔹 Key Areas & Activities:

1. 📖 Reading Practice (Mouth Flexibility & Pronunciation)

   • Read 1 short news article or story aloud daily

   • Practice with expression and voice modulation

   • Focus on mouth movement, especially tricky sounds (like “th”, “v”, “r”)

2. 🎭 Dialogue Practice (Real-Life Speaking)

   • Practice 2-person dialogues daily

   • Topics: greeting, at the shop, calling a friend, ordering food, etc.

   • Swap roles and repeat for fluency

3. 👂 Listening + Shadowing

   • Watch/listen to 1–2 minute video clips (YouTube, podcasts)

   • Repeat immediately after the speaker – copy tone, speed, pronunciation

   • Use English with Odia subtitles for better understanding

4. 🔊 Pronunciation & Sound Drills

   • Practice difficult English sounds:

     • e.g., “think” vs “sink”, “walk” vs “work”, “ship” vs “sheep”

   • Use minimal pairs and repeat 10 times each

5. 👅 Tongue Twisters (Daily)

   • Say 1 new tongue twister every day (slow → fast)

   • Examples:

     • She sells seashells by the seashore

     • Red lorry, yellow lorry

   • Builds speed, clarity & muscle control

6. 🎤 Daily Speaking Tasks

   • Speak for 1–3 minutes on simple topics:

     • My daily routine

     • My family

     • My favourite food/place/movie

   • Record yourself & listen for improvement
